What if it doesn't work or has NO Sound?
1. Firstly turn on the power and observe the battery indicators to confirm whether they have electricity, charge them if low battery.
2. Then check if your device is within the range of devices supported by the microphone: AUX jack, Bluetooth speaker, Laptop computer and MacBook are not supported.

What if it can't Pair?
If the blue lights continue flashing, means that the pairing was not successful, please re-pair them with following steps:
1. Turn off the transmitter and receiver;
2. Turn on the transmitter and long press key "+" for 10 seconds, the indicator light starts flashing blue, waiting for pairing;
3. Turn on the receiver, wait for auto pairing about 10 seconds;
4. Indicator light of the transmitter and receiver stop flashing after a successful pairing.
How to use multiple wireless microphone headsets at the same time?
When multiple sets of WXM05 are used in the same place at the same time, the frequency point needs to be cut: Press and hold volume "-" button for 5 seconds to switch the frequency randomly. It supports up to 15 sets of WXM05.
