How to use(reference Image 1):-
Choose the Die from the die set (Half Round. V Shape & Plane) on the basis of the Ring to be enlarged.
Rotate Knurling Handle Clockwise to disengage the gears and then remove the “Removable Lock Pin”.
Now the Die can be removed horizontally from the Ring Roller Stretcher along with the gear. Replace it with the Chosen Die. Make sure that the side hole of the die matches with the Gear.
Insert the Removable Lock Pin through Die and Gear.
Place the Ring to be enlarged in the circumference of the Stationary Die and rotate the Knurling Handle Anti Clockwise such that the Changeable Die tightly touches the Ring to be enlarged
Rotate the Complete Assembly over the Round Base in Clockwise direction to enlarge the required portion of the Ring. While rotating it anti clockwise, it will make the ring to move round and to expose another portion of it to be enlarged.
