Jewelers Ring Mandrel is a basic workbench tool for any Jeweler. This steel mandrel is GRADUATED with a GROOVE smooth polished work surface.
This Grooved mandrel is used in Jewelry making and repairs for measuring, sizing and enlarging rings.

Mandrel is grooved which is designed specifically to use whenever sizing a stone set ring. The groove prevents the impact of hammering on the mandrel while sizing to effect the mounted stone.
Round Steel Mandrel is Graduated in US Standard Sizes with number markings ranging from  Size 1-16, with increments of Full, Half and Quarter Sizes, making it easy to size the ring.
The overall length of the mandrel is 13" - the Graduated working Length measures 10" Long -
The handle length is approximately 3".
